General
Items can be exchanged for a different size or color. However we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange will have the size or color you want in stock. Customers must also pay for their own shipping if you want an item exchanged. If we sent you the wrong or damaged item, Head Rock Skate Shop will pay for the shipping for that item. We do allow returns but each case must be reviewed. We can offer a full money refund or store credit. Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of a purchase. Clothing
All clothing must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags still attached.
Clothing that is stained, has human or pet hair or has any inappropriate smells cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the above requirements are not met then we cannot refund or exchange any clothing.
Shoes
Shoes must be returned in the same state they were received. Unworn.
Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box. Please do not put any shipping labels on the box.
Please make sure shoes are clean and do not have any kind of dirt or foreign substances on them.
Custom assembled Skateboard Decks, Surfskates and Longboards
Skateboards, surfskates and longboards must be returned without being used.
Skateboard decks, surfskates decks and longboard decks cannot be exchanged or returned if gripped or assembled.
All skateboard, surfskate and longboard parts cannot be exchanged or returned once assembled.
Any Shrink wrapped skateboard, surfskate or longboard decks must be returned with the wrap still sealed.
Please keep in mind that skateboard, surfskate and longboard decks may arrive with a different top color than what was shown on our website. This happens during the boards manufacturing from the factory and is beyond our control.
